Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of changes in global liquidity conditions on inflation targeting regime. In the study, following theoretical framework, Brazilian experience with inflation targeting was explained, after classifying the basic characteristics of inflation targeting regime. Later, effects of global liquidity conditions during the implementation period of inflation targeting in Turkey were explained and analysed using an econometrical model. We see that, in Turkey as a developing country, success or failure of inflation targeting regime depends on changes in global liquidity conditions.Key Words:1.Global Liquidity Conditions2.Inflation Targeting Regime
