Abstract (EN)

Glomerular diseases(glomerulopathies) are characterized by the structural or functional devastation of the glomerular filtration barrier. It can be developed with; antigen-antibody, complement system, immüne-mediated or inflammation. Inflammation-associated glomerular injury can occur by either immune deposits localized on subendothelial or basal membrane or leukocytic activation and degranulation. Furthermore, the dispersion and ratios of granulocytic entities vary. Much research has been done on the relationship between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR), platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR), pan-immune inflammation value(PIIV), disease activities, mortality risks, in many branches in recent years. In our study; The relationship between mainly PIIV and the other ratios, which are cheap and easily accessible and glomerulopathy types, mortality risk, and treatment modalities were investigated. Since there is a tiny amount of research about this subject, we aimed that the results of our study would contribute to national and international literature. 553 patients who diagnosed glomerulopathy between 2010-2021 were included in study. Laboratory findings at the time of diagnosis and first year of treatment and treatments were registered. In the assessment of study results; higher PIIV was detected in secondary and proliferative glomerulopathies The patients with secondary glomerulopathies with a PLR of higher than 982 can be assessed in support of ANCA-associated vasculitis. In addition, older age(>52) and higher NLR(>2,65) were detected as independent mortality risk factor. In conclusion, PIIV and other ratios have an increasing usage on oncology and other branches. The research on this subject is increasing day by day in the area of nephrology. Our study can be supported by larger study designs.
