Abstract (EN)

The first reason of death is cancer which is increasing rapidly in the World. According to last statistical informations, There will be more than 15 million cancer patients in 2020. Most cancer types can be treated by surgical intervention, radiotherapy and chemotherapydepending on localization and phase. Doxorubicin which is anthracycline antibiotic has wide uses area. It can be implemented like a single agent or combination intavenously. It uses overian cancer, breast cancer, thyroid cancer and some of leukemia treatment. It has got a lot of side effects such as irregular heartbeat, hear failure. The aim of study to prepare doxorubicin derivative and consign target area. For this reason, glucose coated magnetic nanoparticle synthesized and doxorubicin loaded by hydrazone bond. After that FTIR characterization is done at each step. Glucose coated magnetic nanoparticles have 40 to 60 nm size and drug loading efficiency is 47,4 %.This formulation applied healty rats. The result of this study it is determined that the formulation biodistribution. It can be direct via externally applied magnetic field.
