Abstract (EN)

In this study it is aimed to be researched in oncorhynchus mykiss, the peptides apelin, ghrelin and leptin by the method of ELISA. For this purpose 20 male fish who have 1.856,00 ± 188,4 g weight in average and 20 female fish who have 1.599,30 ± 85,2 g weight in average and 20 male fish who have are used. The fish have been brought to the laboratory alive and in their blood serum the existence of the peptides is specified by looking at their length, weight and gender. In the result of this study when it is analyzed the male and female fish's the level of apelin, ghrelin and leptin it has been seen that the difference between them is unimportant in statistical. It has been seen that in O.mykiss it is unimportant in statistical that the levels of apelin and ghrelin in male fish, when the levels of apelin and ghrelin have been compared the difference is unimportant in statistical between them, when the levels of leptin and ghrelin have been compared the difference is unimportant in statistical. It has been seen that in O.mykiss it is unimportant in statistical that the levels of apelin and ghrelin in female fish, while the level of leptin is higher it is unimportant in statistical, the levels of leptin and ghrelin have been compared and the difference between them is important.
