Studies on myxobiota of gölyaka (Düzce) district and its environment

In this study, we intended to determine myxobiota of Gölyaka District and its environment to insert new records to the myxobiota, to reach this aim organic materials such as barks, cutten wood blocks, rubbish and decaying leaves and tree branches, and plant materials were collected in the field studies conducted between 2014 and 2015. Moist chamber technique was applied in incubation conditions appropriate for the gathered material. Myxomycete fructifications, which had developed in the natural environment, were stuck to appropriate boxes in the field, the location and field details were recorded and they were transported to the laboratory for preparing determination preparations. As a result of the study, totally 54 taxa belonging to 9 families and 21 genera were determined including 52 taxa from natural environment and 2 taxa from moist chamber technique.
