Abstract (EN)

When it is considered as the first meeting of the employee with the business, it should be an enjoyable and memorable experience. This program should be a priority item. Therefore, a carefully planned and delivered program helps the employee pass, makes them feel good about the organization, and increases enthusiasm and enthusiasm. The focus of these programs should help to integrate the new employee into the organization and start building relationships. Training programs are a very important issue for the productivity and success of the employee and the enterprise. It is also important to make an arrangement of this issue, especially in work-related programs for the disabled. The aim of the research is to see movement in the world and in Turkey from the methods applied to determine the method of recruitment exercise for people with disabilities and vision in this direction is to prepare onboarding guide for people with disabilities. For this purpose, the degree seen across Turkey gathered data through interviews with thirty-eight people with 40% to 100% and analyzed using content analysis method. As a result of the study, a work-out program was prepared for the visually impaired.
