Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to determine the views about learning environments of science teachers working in the schools visually impaired with their students, as well as the definition of visual impairments, visually impaired prevalence, education in children visually impaired, assistive technology in the education of visually impaired children and science teaching of children visually impaired. By using "What is happening in this class?" scale, it was benefitted survey as a research method. The sample of the research consists of 21 science teachers and 430 students visually impaired. Significant findings of the research showed that the difference between the views of science teachers and learning environment of students visually impaired was not statistically significant. In addition, the correlation between the subscales of the views about learning environments of science teachers is statistically significant.
