Abstract (EN)
In this study, the heritage of women according to Fıqh and the profondity of this heritage are examined.In the introduction part of the study, in order to understand the subject better, feraiz philosophy is defined. The principals of this philosophy is presented and the contitions of inheritance are examined.In the first part, inherit situation of women is examined and in order to make a comparison, men inheritors are also mentioned. Generally inheritors are grouped as ashâbü?l-ferâiz, asabe and zevi?l-erhâm.In the second part, the profondity of heritage share of women according to Islam is examined.
