Abstract (EN)
This research is about the effects for the art education of the relation between cartoon and creativity in graphic art. Caricaturists, professors, teachers, 30 people who worked in 2007 to 2008 as an expert gave reviews for this research. Also 200 caricature students gave reviews for this research who are taking lessons or graduated.All datas are collected by the surveys given to the two groups. Surveys were having 40 questions mentioning the same aspect.These questions datas were given to the statistic programme (SPSS) and the graphical outputs analyzed. The frequency of the datas from the aspect of the questions have been found. The relation of percentages and questions also considered. Graphic tables prepared for the survey results of 230 people.As the results show us that; the caricature is developing the perception, most of the surveys has the result that people like caricature, it is interesting for visual communication, it is a important way to express creativity in art education, the relation between creativity and the temperament act in caricature is important for the selfconfidence in art education of the individual.Due to the surveys, it is seen that teachers and students have some similar thoughts.Both the groups explained that there is an important relationship between caricature and creativity, and using caricature in art teaching can be accepted as the leading power of creativity.
