Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of between person-organization value fit and person-organization value fit on the ethical behavior and group engagement and the conditional effect of this proposed relationship in organizational demography. Companies that are struggling to survive and grow in an increasingly competitive environment with globalization should give importance to group work and social relationships to increase productivity. Companies in this struggle to increase productivity and profitability are obliged not only to profit but also to fulfill their responsibilities towards customers, employees and the community. The ethical behavior of businesses that have to act cautiously for sustainable gains, while affecting them positively, leads to success in the long run, while unethical behaviors impair the business by affecting the business in the negative. In this context, it is important for businesses to identify variables that drive the ethical behavior of business people and the degree of group engagement. In this study, 471 individuals working in different sectors were reached using ramdom sampling method. The data were collected through inventory forms. Research hypotheses were tested by regression analysis using SPSS IBM 20; values fit were found to have statistically significant effects on ethical behavior and group engagement, and some of the hypotheses were confirmed. In addition to this, it was found that the intensity of impact on work output was higher than that of person-organization fit values to group-organization fit values.
