In this thesis it is aimed to prepare a MATLAB based training Simulator to be used in teaching Power Systems analysis. In this Simulator, load flow analyses were studied through bus admittance and bus empedance matrices.In this study the GUI editör, which is in the MATLAB packet program, were used. Firstly, an interface has been developed. By the help of this interface users could assign many variables for differend power system models which were defined as samples in the program menu.In the application, per unit diagrams of the multi-bused model power systems were used. After power system parameters were entered, the programmer builts bus admittance and bus empedance of the system based on the parameters entered .Then using these matrices, current, voltage, power values were calculated through Gauss- Seidel method in any point of the system.
