Solution ways of disputes from costoms produces

The development of international trade relations brought the domestic and foreign market goods and services markets together with it. Each state tries to implement customs policies, especially customs taxes, in order to balance foreign payments. Customs practices occur in the form of customs administration procedures in accordance with a certain legal regime. In terms of customs legislation, we encounter transactions, decisions, customs duties, and customs misdemeanors. In case the aforementioned transactions turn into a conflict with obliged parties, article 242 of the Customs Law constitutes an important place. Various legal remedies, including administrative and judicial stages, have been envisaged for disputes arising from customs procedures (decisions, taxes and penalties due to tax loss and misdemeanors). In this study, disputes arising from customs legislation and proposed remedies have been included.
