Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out to determine the effect of silver nanoparticles on the development of some fungal pathogens causing disease in culture fungi. These fungal pathogen samples were collected from mushroom production facilities in Korkuteli province. In this study, the effects of silver nanoparticles over the growing of microfungi, such as Cladobotryum dendroids causing cobweb disease, Mycogone perniciosa causing wet bubble disease, Verticillium fungicola causing dry bubble disease in the production area at Agaricus bisporus has been researched by considering the importance of mushroom cultivation in our country and the big economical loss which is caused by the fungal diseases in this sector. In the research, the three microfungi composing the main material of the study C. dendroides, M. perniciosa and V. fungicola on nanoparticles in laboratory environment % 0.1, % 0.5, % 1, % 5 and % 10 were applied, and as a result of the application of counts, the reproduction is prevented and the number of cells decreased observerved. Although the method of combating nanoparticles has been applied in many areas, it has never been tried before on the development of microfungi. It is thought that the research will shed light on future biological fighting methods.
