Abstract (EN)
Corporate reputation and corporate image are highly valued concepts by both private sector companies and public institutions. The value of an organization from the perspective of other stakeholders is a matter related to the image and reputation of that organization. Gümüşhane University, like many other institutions, continues its existence in line with the goals determined in its vision and mission. The reputation and image of the institution play an important role in achieving these goals. As the image and reputation of an institution improve in the eyes of society, the potential for the institution to achieve its goals increases. In this study, the effects of attitudes towards security personnel employed at Gümüşhane University on the institution's reputation and image have been analyzed
