Özet (EN)
Today, the usage of renewable energy sources are increasing rapidly. Solar energy is easy to access of againts other renewable energy sources, which can be due to being in that place at the forefront. Solar cells (photovoltaic cells) come in at the head of renewable energy sources. It is important that in the solar cells, solar energy is converted directly into the electrical energy. In research conducted in this regard it is increasing day by day more accelerated. Our country in terms of solar energy potential compared to many countries, there are more glorious state to its geographical location. Four models of photovoltaic solar cells made this thesis aimed to teach and explain to people by remote access without instructor. In this study, in order to increase the intelligibility of the model, simplified the framework drawn by the constant values current-voltage, power-voltage and current-time graphs are provided access to users on the web server. In this study, MATLAB Simulink is used in the electrical equivalent circuit design of photovoltaic cells. To access the desired graphics for users in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 program an interface formed on ASP.NET platform.
