Abstract (EN)

Many countries have forced to explore and replace renewable eco-friendly alternatives to maintain growing energy demand, to overcome negative environmental effects and other problems associated with fossil fuels. Solar energy is one of the best renewable energy sources and the least negative impact on the environment. Other countries have constituted solar energy policies for local energy production with solar energy and reduce dependence on fossil fuels. In the research, we made both practical comparison and using the PVsyst program between three types of solar panels with the same capacity and climatic conditions. As a result of the measurements made in the system, the voltage and power values which are produced by the polycrystalline constant, polycrystalline tracker and bifacial panels are close to each other. While the polycrystalline fixed panel has efficiency of 13,8% to 16% as theoretical, this efficiency has been average of 14,9% in Kirkuk climate conditions. While the efficiency as theoretical of the polycrystalline tracker panel is between 15,6% and 17,7%, it has been acquired average of 16,2% in Kirkuk climate conditions. While the theoretical efficiencies of the polycrystalline bifacial panel have between 16,1% and 18,3%, it has been acquired as average 17,4% in Kirkuk climate conditions. With using PVsyst, we did a comparative study among the three configurations, the three simulations were done for the same geographic area and the same conditions. It shows that it has dissipative as well as the energy which is produced by the three systems. It has been shown that the bifacial system is more advantageous than both the monofacial system and monofacial tracker system in production.
