Materials and Methods: In study, a supra-nanophile (Omnichoroma, Tokuyama Dental, Tokyo, Japan) composite (OMC), a nanohybrid (Ruby CompNano, İnci Dental, Turkey) composite (RBC), a submicrohybrid (Charisma Smart, Heraeus Kulzer GmbH, Hanau, Germany) composite (CHR), a flowable (Ruby Flow, İnci Dental, Turkey) composite (RBF) and a bulk-fill (Filtek One Bulkfill Restorative, 3M ESPE, St.Paul, MN, USA) compos(te res(n mater(al and 3 d(fferent mult(v(tam(n dr(nks (Youplus V(tam(n C Z(nc Propol(s effervescent tablet (Abd((brah(m, Türk(ye), Supradyn® Efervesan Tablet (Bayer, Fransa), Sambucol Plus effervescent tablet (Pharmacare) ) were used. 10 pieces for each vitamin solution and control group, 40 pieces of each composite resin and 200 pieces in total (N = 200) five mm diameter and two mm thick disc-shaped samples were prepared using a teflon mold and polymerized with an LED light device. It (Valo Ultradent Products, UT, USA). The first color measurements were made after the samples were soaked in distilled water for 24 hours, and then the composite samples were randomly grouped according to the different solutions to be used. pH measurements of the solutions were made with a Mettler Toledo T50 pH meter (Mettler-Toledo Gre(sensee, Switzerland). Samples were soaked in multivitamin solutions for 2 minutes a day at 24-hour intervals for a total period of 28 days and stored in distilled water until the next cycle. Color measurements were made using a spectrophotometer (VITA Easyshade V, VITA Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen, Germany) on the 14th and 28th days. The measurements were based on the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) L*a*b* System and color change values were calculated using the ΔE00 formula. Whether ΔE2000 values followed a normal distribution was analyzed using the Shapiro Wilk test, and the data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA). Tukey tests were used for post-hoc comparisons, the significance level was set at p <0.05. Results: The maximum color change was observed in the FBL-YPL group on both the 14th and 28th days, followed by the OMC-SPR group. The most significant color changes associated with vitamins occurred in the YPL groups on both the 14th and 28th days, followed by the SPR and SMB groups, respectively. In the evaluation of composites, on the 14th day, the highest color change was observed in the OMC group, followed by the FBL, CHR, RBC, and RBF groups. On the 28th day, the most significant color change was observed in the FBL group, followed by the OMC, CHR, RBF, and RBC groups. 28-day sta(n(ng per(od has caused more color change compared to the 14-day sta(n(ng per(od (p<0.019). Conclusion: Multivitamin effervescent tablet solutions may cause discoloration on composite resins. Among the tested vitamins, YPL was found to be the multivitamin effervescent solution that causes the most color change. FBL and OMC composite resins were found to be more prone to color change with tested multivitamins. Key Words: Composite, Multivitamin, Color change, Effervescent
