Abstract (EN)

Georgia is located in Transcaucasia, on the east coast of Black Sea. Depending on the country's location Georgia is a transition point of Europe and Asia. Georgia is involved in some of the important transport projects and corridors, such as TRACECA, TEN-T, BTK railway line. The incredible growth of trade between Europe and Asia of the previous years and within the scope of the important economic development project of the 21st century "OBOR" have the positive impact on Georgia's logistics activities. This situation shows the potentials of regional Hub in Georgia. Evaluating the potential force of Georgia to be a logistics hub in its region is done by Georgian general public and private institutions and by using of this function, it will develop the country's economy. This study aims to reach agreement in the matter of the evaluating the potential force of Georgia to be a logistics hub in its region including a through review of the literature regarding transport corridors, logistics hub and Georgian transport system. İn this study mixed method of literature review and Delphi research is used. The findings of study include opinions of experts related the matter of the evaluating the potential force of Georgia to be a logistics hub in its region.
