Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relations between trust and burnout has been researched. The dimensions of burnout has been analyzed within the context of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment and the dimensions of trust has been analyzed within the context of cognitive and emotional trust. The research has been implemented over the administrative personnel, apart from the medical ones, employed by the public hospitals located in Ankara. Surveys have been conducted over a total of 404 personnel who have intense relation with the patients. 376 eligible surveys out of 404 are form the data set of the research. Datas have been analyzed through SPSS 12.0 data analysis software. In this study, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression have been employed.At the end of data analysis, it has been determined that; there is a negative, low level and significant relationship between the cognitive and emotional trust placed to next level manager and emotional exhaustion; there is a positive, low level and significant relationship between the cognitive and emotional trust placed to next level manager and personal accomplishment and there is a negative, low level and significant relationship between the cognitive and emotional trust placed to next level manager and depersonalization.
