The purpose of this research, the Faculty of Fine Arts in Painting Department of Education and the professional study of theoretical courses, this course is to emphasize the importance of. For this purpose, theoretical vocational courses to students' cognitive and affective learning, student and teacher opinions about the quality of education services have been tried to detect. This study population in Turkey, Anatolian Fine Arts Painting Education Department, students and teachers form. This was conducted in Ankara, Eskişehir and Kütahya in the Faculty of Fine Arts painting education students and students of professional theoretical lessons which teachers constitute. Descriptive method was used in this study. 150 Fine Arts Faculty, Painting Department of Occupational and theoretical lessons students applying questionnaires to the 30 teachers, the data were collected. In statistical analysis using SPSS, frequency, and ttest. As a result, the Faculty of Fine Arts in Painting Department of the professional theoretical lessons in the process of examining the effectiveness is low, the majority of students were not interested in theoretical classes. Faculty of Fine Arts in Painting Department of Education in vocational classes are interesting theoretical re-evaluation process and programs were developed in the direction suggested. According to findings from the research, interpretations, bulunularak more extensive knowledge on the subject has been reached. In light of these results were revealed and this results in a number of suggestions have been made on the subject.Keywords : Training, Painting Training, Vocational Theoretical Lessons
