One of the plastic art elements-the line?s affect on the student?s creativeness in fine arts and sport high schools, visual arts class (The sample of Kırıkkale city)

In fine art and sport high school-in the classes of visual arts(design);although the line is one of the important plastic art elements in means of the student?s creativeness.It has been seen that ,ıt couldn?t have had enough improvement parallel to the aims and ıt has been researched that some problems have occured in terms of the creativeness of the students during the application.In this study;single group pretest,posttest experimental design and mixed method research was used.Mixed method research is defined as the researches that the researcher combines the quantative methods in the same study.According to this, quantative data was distinguishedly gathered,analysed and the gained data was seen as reliable after been evaluated with the Cronbach Alpha coefficent.The research was done in two phases as;pretest and posttest.The application was done in 2010-2011 educational year autumn semester on the fine art and sport high school art department, Art 9 class(N=23)students.The actual post test was done on the same student group(N=23) after eight weeks in the first semester.The first phase was done on the Art 9 students who didn?t have education.For the second phase,eight weeks continuing application on the students was done by the researcher.In this study,In points of visual arts(design)class,how the line and creativeness term were perceived,what the creativity activities that were used in the design study courses were and what sort of contributions that the line made for the artistic and creative affected paintings were defined.Information about; how the line?s effect on the student?s creativeness,applied teaching methods,intrinsic and extrinsic activities affected the artistic creativeness of the student ,was gained and suggestions about the subject were given.
