This work, which was prepared by taking the record number 19 of Kırşehir Shari, dated 14 March 1907, has the content to illuminate the social, cultural and economic structure of the province. Kırşehir has been one of the important centers bearing the colorful and colorful character of Anatolia from the social, cultural, political and economic point of view. By way of the documents, life style, place and person names, economic, military, social and cultural conclusions can be made in Kırşehir's first half of the 20th century. Legal cases coming to the square are very important in terms of illuminating Ottoman writing works. These documents provide first-hand resource management, guide researchers in their work, and reinforce the link between past and future. At the same time, our valuable treasures, which are forgotten in the state archives, come out to daylight. In this work, attention has been paid to preserving the authenticity and integrity of the text, and other copyrighted works have been exploited.
