Our study included transcription of the work that called ?General Frames of World History? in this study we told civilizations that is an important milestone of the history of mankind and its contributions to historical process. İn this context, we contribute history science transcripting the work that not yet translation before. İn our study, We aimed that specifying social and culturel properties of the first era civilization as; Assyrian, Babylon, Egypt, Elen etc.Key Words: Tribes, Civilizations, İskender, Sargon, Caste
