Abstract (EN)
In this study, a shallow and planar type Hac Gedigi landslide developed in the Guvenc Formation in the Adana Basin has been investigated.Soil mechanical tests were performed on disturbed and undisturbed samples taken from the unit (Weathered Guvenc Formation) in which the landslide developed.Engineering characteristics, shear strenght parameters and the state of stress for the landslide have been determined. In order to determine the age and history of the landslide 10 pine trees (Pinus Brutia Ten.) on the slide mass and 9 pine trees adjacent to it were cut for dendrochronological analysis. The past movement history of the landslide has been determined by means of the chronological data obtained from dendrochronological analysis and meteorological data obtained from the Karaisalı Meteorological Station.
