Abstract (EN)
Burnishing process has been used as a finishing operation in manufacturing andapplied on work piece surface brings together some advantage like that increasehardness, resistance against material fatigue and abrasion resistance. Inburnishing process is used some parameters Like that Feed, punch force andpass number parameters and this parameters effect to improving work piecesurface roughness, refining surface hardness, increasing material abrasionresistance, decreasing depth created cracked on material surfaces. With thisstudy, it has been aimed an apparatus design with mount different heads makeburnishing process for cylindrical parts. Realization of manufacturing designedapparatus and on work piece surface which is processed chip removal method, material improving (surface roughness, hardness,) experiment will be done withthis apparatus usnig different parameters to obtain result contains surfaceroughness and surface hardness. Experimental result will be taken with usingnecessary measurement device. Obtained result will be interpreted with ANN(artificial neural network) and comparison with experimental result.
