Abstract (EN)

Qiraat plays a significant role in tafsir studies, as variations in the recitation of the Qur'an can influence the interpretation of its verses. These variations often leave traces that shape the meanings of specific verses. For this reason, the impact of qiraat is frequently addressed in tafsir sources. The primary motivation for this study stems from the observation that qiraat variations in Surahs Hadid, Mujādala, and Hashr in the Holy Qur'an have not been comprehensively examined, particularly in terms of whether they lead to changes in meaning or influence exegesis. To the best of our knowledge, no existing study has thoroughly explored this subject. Our study consists of an introduction, two main parts and a conclusion. In the first chapter, the general outlines of the science of recitation, its conceptual framework, its types and its relationship with tafsir are discussed in detail. Additionally, it examines the characteristics of the surahs that define the scope of the study. In the second chapter, the qiraat variations in Surahs Hadid, Mujādala, and Hashr are analyzed within the framework of sahih and shāz readings. The procedural differences that do not alter the meaning of the verses (med, idghām, izhār, etc) are first detailed and exemplified. Subsequently, variations that affect the meaning of the verses are evaluated in the context of tafsir. In this regard, the impact of qiraat differences on the meanings of verses is categorized and analyzed in terms of morphology (sarf) and syntax (nahw). The third chapter explores how qiraat variations are reflected in tafsir, providing a detailed analysis of their exegetical implications.
