In the context of hadiths relationship between The Prophet Muhammad and Gabriel

In this study, Gabriel 's aid to Prophet Muhammad, warnings, teachings, in short, the togetherness between them are examined. Since the chain of events taking place in this context generally occurs after the beginning of the prophetic task, the general scope of the study covers this period. Our thesis is divided into two sections and resûlts. In the introduction, the method, purpose and some sources of the study are given. In the first chapter, angels are told by giving information about the Torah, the Bible and the angels in the Qur'an. The term of angel, which is important in terms of Godbeings, God-human communication, is explained. In this study in which Gabriel was researched in particular, it was mentioned about his characteristics and duties and briefly touched upon the relations with pre-Islamic prophets. In the second chapter, the relations between Gabriel and Prophet Muhammad were explained by using different studies such as tafsir, hadith and Islamic historical sources. When writing information about this subject, the debates about the relations between them were researched revelation and non-revelation. To understand the position of Gabriel in the context of the source of revelation and sunnah, the main subject of the thesis is important to understand the relation between the Prophet Muhammad and Gabriel. In this chapter, the teachings about the worship which are important for the religion of Islam are given and the statements of Gabriel about social life are explained. In the context of the source of sunnah, which is one of the important issues related to the subject, when we consider Gabriel, we understood that a middle road should be monitored. Rather than claiming that circumcision is entirely revelation or claiming to be x totally independent of revelation, we conclude that the Prophet Muhammad is sometimes controlled by revelation and sometimes he decided his infer.
