Abstract (EN)

In this study which is called Hakkâri?s viewers of television viewing preferences, satisfactions TRT 6, the mass communications research center of the audience about the historical development of the tradition of the uses and gratifications approach, the main bases and the criticism of this approach are discussed.In the second part of the study, different languages and dialects in our country in an attempt to explicate aspects of radio and television broadcasting legislation, legislation with EU legislation in this field approximation of audiovisual works in our country are discussed. To be remembered,first in TRT and then in private radio and televisions organisations which broadcast in different languages and dialects with TRT 6 which broadcasts 24 hours a day have gained a different dimension. Also towards the end of this chapter, the comments and criticism in EU Progress reports published in different languages and dialects are also included.In the third and final section, which is made of the results of field research are put forward. What the preferences of Hakkari?s viewers viewing preferences and satisfaction,television viewing habits and the motivations and the relationships between socio-demographic variables are studied, and finally it is tried to put forward what Hakkâri?s viewers watch the most among the Kurdish TV channels and the perception of TRT 6 Channel and the approach and behavious to the channel from the beginning till now in Hakkari.Key Words: Uses and Gratifications Theory, The Radio and Television Broadcasts in Different Languages and Dialects, TRT 6.
