Abstract (EN)
In this study, the negative effects of harmonics produced by mercury vapor, sodium vapor, LED and similar lighting elements used in external lighting systems on energy quality were investigated. This work was done in the general lighting system of the energy distribution networks.. Also, with the help of an energy analyzer, the current and wave characteristics of the lighting elements taken from the network were examined. As a result of these measurements and experimental studies, harmonics that affect the energy quality have been determined and suggestions for improving the energy quality have been included.
