Özet (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of a blended learning environment on the 7th class students? level of obtaining the psychomotor abilities. For this, the effects of the usage of a web page designed through teaching the psychomotor abilities with animations and videos and has a student management system which enables the teacher to check the students in a blended learning environment on the students? levels to obtain the psychomotor abilities were analysed. The subjects of this study are 60 students who take Physical Education lessons in Kırşehir Cumhuriyet Primary School on 2010-2011 term. In this study experimental patterns were used. The independent variable of this study was ?Education in Blended Learning Environment?. In the control group; however, traditional methods have been used. The effects of the same dependent variable on the experiment groups and on the control groups have been investigated. As dependent variables, Psychomotor Ability points, Self-Esteem rates and the attitude toward the Physical Education lesson rates have been analysed. For the independent variables, pre-test and final-tests have been made and according to the results of these tests some analyses between the groups have been made. The blended learning environment, which has been selected as the independent variable, was determined as the variable to be controlled for both the control groups and the experiment groups. The researcher paid attention to have the equal levels of the dependent variables which would be made on the control groups and the experiment groups.SPSS(Statistical Packet for Social Sciences) would be used for the required statistical solutions of the datas gathered through the lower problems to which answers according to the study?s general purpose have been searched. Since there is one control group and one experiment group in this research, t test would be made and analysed to measure the differences in each group according to the results of pre-test and final-test. ANOVA was used to analyse whether there was a significant difference between the pre-test results of each groups and whether there was a significant difference between the control group?s total pre-test and final-test points, perception, foundation, guided fulfillment and mechanism rates. As a result of the study, it is determined that both groups have a high-rated cognitive level in football. This shows blended learning model supports the student?s football abilities more than traditional education does. The study shows that the more cognitive success level on football the students have, the higher their psychomotor ability in football gets. It is also determined that the more self-esteem the students have, the higher the rate of attitude toward the Physical Education lessons gets.
