In this research, the researcher studies a valuable manuscript of al-Muhashshi Jamal al-Din al-Qaramani, where the manuscript is linked to the culture of the era of the alMuhashshi, who we did not find an adequate biography of him. This research sheds light on this book entitled, Tafsir al-Baydawi, and the valuable information it contains. And what it contains of valuable information, and scientific importance in X the interpretation of Jamal al-Din al-Qaramani for the tow surahs: (Ta Ha, al-Anbiya) because it included a diversification of cognitive paths, based on the statements of followers, jurists and commentators in the explanations of the Qur'anic verses to support the opinion and prove the point of view, as well as the inference of the noble Prophet's hadith In support of the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses. The interpretation of Jamal al-Din al-Qaramani included the presentation of morphological issues in explaining the verses, and strengthening of the interpretation with the explanations of rhetoric, and the contrast between the Qur'anic verses corresponding in indication or pronunciation, as well as taking care of the explanations of the words and their lexical meanings. The researcher followed the method found in the achievement requirement, and the researcher studied two copies of the manuscript, compared them and established the differences, and documented the sayings of the companions, followers, commentators, jurists, modernists and linguists and attributed it to its sources. he supports his views by taking a lot from the book: Tafsir al-Zamakhshari (al-Kashshaf) as well as from Imam al-Razi (Mafatih alGhayb), and reliance on it in most of his explanations, sayings and inferences. As well as the frequent inclusion of the sayings of the commentators and linguists, which requires more follow-up of the sayings in their contexts, and more research and scrutiny.
