TEV Sultanbeyli Hospital as a Sample; the communication disorder between patient and hospital stuff, the reasons and the solutions

No matter the quality, the information transfer between at least two system is what we call ?THE COMMUNICATION? . An absence of this transfer, causes different kinds of error in the communication. The answers turns out to be incomplete, short, normal or incorrect.This research made with the staff and the patients of the TEV Sultanbeyli State Hospital. In other words the system that has been researched here is the communication system between livings. In the research, from cleaning stuff to management stuff, health stuff assistance to doctors, secretaries to data control stuff and the security there are 166 people, from inpatients to outpatients and patients comes for overnight there are 170 people and totaly 336 randomly choosen people have been talked and this survey has been made. 5 point Likert type scale has been used in survey.Key words: Communication, patient, hospital stuff.
