Abstract (EN)

Today, organizations have to develop innovative management approaches and apply such these methodologies in order to cope with intense competition and sustain their organizational lives. These organizations generally focus on increasing production capacity and service quality and providing efficiency. Besides these, as human factor becomes more popular they also pay importance to creating organizations with satisfied and healthy staff.In terms of successing organizational goals and sustaining productivity and efficiency; the staff being affected both negatively and positively by internal affairs of organization would mostly prefer being employed by organizations of which having a good organizational atmosphere and providing opportunities for development and advancement for themselves. Thus, organizations focus on subjects of organizational psychology field, such as organizational climate and burnout.Organizational climate, described as psychological atmosphere within organization, affects attitudes, expectations and skills of staff. And burnout or exhaustion syndrome is the lack of energy, idealism and goals that threatens business performance, productivity and efficiency.In this study, we aim to determine the interaction between organizational climate and burnout syndrome within hospitals of which product services due to coordinated works of staff included in labour-intensive and other occupational groups.
