Abstract (EN)

With the development of technology and the Industry 4.0 revolution, hospitals were also affected by this change. As a result of this development, new concepts and techniques have emerged in hospital management. In this study, we focused on the questions of what Industry 4.0 brought about in terms of hospitals and how it affected the sector and an Industry 4.0 Maturity Model was created for hospitals by taking these innovations and changes into consideration. With this Maturity Model, it is aimed to present a tool to see the shortcomings of hospitals and to follow and evaluate the processes. Industry 4.0 processes involve uncertainties in new areas such as hospital management, and therefore, due to the uncertainties, the Hesitant Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process was used as the method in this study. According to the finding, the importance ranking of the titles in the Industry 4.0 Maturity Model is as follows: Technology, Management and Organization, Intelligent Hospital and Intelligent Service, Supply Chain and Management, Industry and Public Support, Strategy and People and Culture. Industry 4.0 Maturity scores of the three hospitals are measured. In the light of this ranking, it has been revealed that Technology is the most important factor to achieving maturity of Industry 4.0 revolution in hospitals and that the impact of Management and Organization is as important as technology.
