Abstract (EN)

Burnout is a psychological term that refers to emotional exhaustion, depersonalizasyon and reduction in the sense of personal accomplishment. People don't know how to deal with the stres and the challenges they face that's why, they feel emotional and physical exhaustion. This research aims to determine burnout levels of nurses and midwife working in hospital and is to measure the effects of the relationship between demographic variables. 187 people participate in questionnaire consisting of two sections including "sociademographic characteritics of the diagnostik form" and the Maslach Burnout Inventory, were applied. Analysis of the data collection tools were performed by SPSS 20 software. According to the survey said who married of midwives and nurses from the unmarried experienced more burnout, age, gender of demographic such as number of children, feeling of sel-organization and love the job or not to affect the burnout level of love, to be the worst of physical conditions, to be the low level of monthly income, the trouble is experienced with colleagues, to be long of working time in the profession and to be take increasing the level of of emotional burnout of experienced the problem about annually for permission. According to the research results again can be said the lack of resources, the lack of adequate feedback on work performance, not receiving the professional training, the task overload to nonstatus, not be takeing and not implementing the necessary that may be encountered for violent situations, lack of knowledge of how to combat with burn out level of burnout of midwives and nurses.
