Abstract (EN)
The reconstruction of the operating theater according to the current conditions can also create a source of trust in the society in terms of the services provided by the hospital. One of the most important reasons for this can be measured by the management of the operating rooms of the hospitals, the success of the operation and the satisfaction of the patients after the surgery. The aim of the study is to investigate how management of operating theaters and the satisfaction of post-operative patients can be measured in hospitals. The research universe is Istanbul province and the sample is consist of Istanbul Anatolian North Public Hospitals Association Zeynep Kamil Child and Gynecology Education and Research Hospital. 178 patients participated in the questionnaire on a voluntary basis. The questionnaires were evaluated with SPSS 23.0 statistical software package. Patient satisfaction can be increased by providing the necessary post-operative services in hospitals. Increasing patient satisfaction can be observed in Zeynep Kamil Child and Women's Diseases Education and Research Hospital.
