Abstract (EN)

The verbal and physical violence in the study of structures for health care workers in health institutions in recent years, the incidence of violence in the health sector is higher than in other sectors. Furthermore, the application results to the patients as well as healthcare workers and caregivers revealed that the violent tendencies. Verbal violence seems to be more common than physical violence. Health workers are exposed to violence workspace is noteworthy that the emergency services and psychiatric clinics, particularly those areas examined. Injuries at the beginning of the negative consequences that arise in health care workers after violence and violence caused by psychological disorders is located. Violence against workers in more applied by health institutions, it appears that not enough of not providing adequate training for their employees to cope with the violence and existing regulations. Health workers on the verbal assault, injury, provisions relating to assault and killing, is based on the general provisions in the legislation. Rapid change and development in the field of health assessment from this perspective, the lack of legal practice areas are insufficient to ensure the safety of violence prevention and health care. Human life and the extremely important mission undertaken was that health workers for health to ensure a safe working environment for health service delivery, providing training on violence coping strategies, to be held in accordance to prevent violence legislation and sensitivity on the subject of administrative will is very important.
