Abstract (EN)
Occupational health and safety is the system applied by the employees in order to prevent external hazards. Occupational health and safety, which is based on the principle of protecting people's lives and physical integrity, is of critical importance for developing countries as well as for developed countries. When technological factors and globalization factors are evaluated, it is seen that every enterprise is in development and change regardless of the sector. For this reason, it is usual for the risks to be increased by the enterprises. One of the important steps that will lead to success in business is risk identification, mitigation and management of these risks. Therefore, risk analysis and risk management should be performed effectively for the enterprises. Risk analysis is important for every business without making any business line difference. In this context, occupational safety and management in hospitals and risk analyzes will be emphasized.
