Management of occupational health and safety systems

İn this study, occupational health and safety regulations are discussed for the employees in the healthcare industry. This study is aimed at measuring occupational health and safety regulations based on the radiology technicians opinions and perceptions. In the fırst part of this research, the general information of about occupational health and safety is given. Secondly, institutional information related to occupational health and safety in the healthcare industry is delivered. Lastly, a research based on radiology technicians perceptions and observations on occupational health and safety systems is covered. During this research, a survey was taken by 143 radiology technicians working in Istanbul's Çekmece area regarding the awareness of their occupational health and safety. Inconclusion, it is has been found out that radiology technicians carry high risks due to currrent occupational health and safety regulations.
