Effect of turnover rate of cuntractual nurses to service quality in hospitals

Abstract (EN)

Certainly, the most importing persons in achieving health care are nurses. Furthermore, nursing personnel constitutes the largest group in health care personnel.Therefore,work force of nursing is important to be attained standart in health care.Aim of this study is that counting turnover rate of contractual personnel of which numbers increase gradually in hospitals,examining relations between service quality and turnover rates by applying Measure of Satisfaction from Nursing Service to patients and comparing with hospitals in respect of turnover rates. It wasused satistical pocket programme to analize datas of study.It wasanalized whether ıı was supported hypotheses or not by using Factor Analizing, One Way Variance Analizing, Independent Group T Test. In the end of analizing, ıt was established that rate of satisfaction from nursing service was close to each other in constitutions in which turnover rates were low and high levels, however rate of satisfaction from nursing service was lower level in constitutions in which turnover rates were mediocre.
