Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted in order to indicate whether current hospital food services actually get to meet the financial advantages of outsourcing and attract attention the importance of catering system. For this purpose, the study was prepared in theory and practice and is designed in three sections. In the study, has been mentioned about hospital food services in outsourcing that can cause negative effects such as what in today's conditions. Applications that, examined the food costs of Hopa State Hospital and the hospital that meet itself food directly and was revealed to a person falling food costs in the hospital. İt were detected that a menu have had cost ¨3.92 in other area hospitals in Rize while Hopa State Hospital had the cost of ¨3.27. According to this, has concluded that the collective food system of hospitals could be improved more, with a new management model to be established within the Association of Public Hospitals.
