Abstract (EN)
Depending on competitive conditions require superior performance, businesses and managers forced to use time effectively and it has increased its quest the time to get under control. This issue discussed on various platforms in recent years and has been considered as an important issue in Health services. The concept of time that concerned to all people and institutions is important in terms of the medical and management for health institutions and hospitals. Medical management includes providing care and treatment services clinics, operating room, management of emergency and outpatient services, nursing and medical staff management. Hospitals are institutions that must make daily the medical activities in specific areas at certain times. Daily operations of the hospital, outpatient clinic operation hours, emergency services, operating room and 24 hours of clinical work plans, festivals, holidays and weekends work programs are predetermined and these programs are announced to employees and relevant persons. The general management includes management activities in other organizations, office management, financial management, personnel management and support services units. Another important aspect of the dependence on time in health institutions is related to the demands and expectations of patients and their relatives. The issues come out to the forefront at the point of the management of time and resources efficiently to meet the demands and expectations of patients in health institutions such as effective appointment system, effective reporting, delegation of authority, emphasis on effective mechanisms secretary and visitor management. There is the responsibility of the hospital administrator for the most efficient way to manage the times of both employees and the service recipients. While hospitals are organized, one of the most important issues to be considered that how people can handle hospital things and can leave the institution as soon as possible. This importance is twofold, including both hospital and the patient's side.
