Abstract (EN)
Human life is the most important subject at the every step in aviation. Aviation activities include all processes to provide the safety of flight, life and possessions. However, we know that it requires more labour and resources to replace the natural values and equilibrate the balance of the nature than to save the nature; even it can not be possible despite all positive intents. All plans and selections must be made according to the scientific and technical rules about flight intensity, location of airport and layouts while planning the airports and air transportation which we can?t take out of life.Furthermore, all measures have to be taken against the hazards of wild life and the bird strike to aviation operations as it is done in every step in aviation.
