Abstract (EN)
It is very difficult to find an academic technical document in industry. That? s why this thesisis written.In 1th section, the basis blocks of cryogenic air separation plant are explained. In 2nd section,the air separation plant is explained in general way and the types of air separation aredetermined. In 3rd section, the non-cryogenic air separation and it? s types are explained. In4th section, an introduction of cryogenic air separation is done and all the process blocks areexplained detailly. In 5th section, the power consumption of all the equipments and the wholeplans are calculated for cryogenic air separation plant. Finally the cost per product iscalculated. In 6th section, some information about the cooling water system of the plant isgiven. In last section, the mixed gas Joule-Thomson cryocooler is explained and also someinformation is given for being used in low temperature applications and the other newtechnological applications.
