The assessment of simulator training in air traffic control department by students

The aim of the study is to analyse assessment of simulator training in Air Traffic Control Department by the view point of the students and evaluate the education. The views of the students about the simulator training is analysed according to the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) dimensions. In the study, students of Air Traffic Control Department in Anadolu University Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics are determined to research their views about simulator training. For this study, it was provided to gather students' evaluations about the simulator training by 7 point Likert Scale questionnarie. After that, reliability analysis was made to the questionnarie. Simulation training was evaluated by the difference between perception and expectation expressions into the questionnarie which was prepared according to the SERVQUAL dimensions.
