In the last decade, air traffic has increased dramatically with a significant increase in fuel consumption and emissions. So the environmental impact air transportation has increased in recent years. Air traffic management has a fundamentally important role in reducing the environmental impacts of air transportation by reducing the inefficiencies in the paths flown byaircraft. In this study, fuel consumption and emissions in the domestic flights regarding ATM has been demonstrated based on actual flight data. Therefore, fuel consumption and aircraft emissions in the vicinity of airports, terminal manoeuvring area (TMA) and enroute were determined. In order to determine of ATM flight inefficiencies in the vicinity of airports, ICAO LTO time-in mode has been determined for every airport which are in scope of this study. Then results have been compared with results of ICAO LTO. In order to determine of TMA and enroute ATM inefficiencies, horzontal and vertical flight inefficiencies of domestic flights analyzes were conducted. In the results of these analysiş model of ATM flight inefficiencies has been developed. Through this modelş ATM flight inefficiencies can be determined without complex calculations.
