Abstract (EN)

With the growth of aviation and the establishment of modern aviation management, the amount of airplane traffic in the airspace has increased significantly. The increase in air traffic has also brought with it the need to control air traffic, which requires an organized air traffic control system. Thus, the air traffic system was born as a subsystem of the air transport system. Pilots and air traffic controllers have to struggle with many factors that cause them to make mistakes, such as stress and workload. When these two working groups are combined, it appears that when pilots are in charge of an aircraft, air traffic controllers must control more than one aircraft in the airspace. Therefore, the stress on the controllers is quite high. Considering the accidents caused by air traffic control errors, it is understood that the consequences can lead to very serious incidents. The general aim of the study is to define which factors cause more accidents in aviation accidents caused by air traffic controllers. Within the scope of the research, a questionnaire was made in the computer environment and the importance of the criteria was determined with the "Expert Choice 11" program using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method.
