Özet (EN)

Crew Resource Management (CRM) is a method, which is used in many different areas, of creating a staff. Organizations aim to keep their employees together and to create a coordination between them with this method. CRM is one of the prior methods for organizations for a successful business process. Aviation sector is one of the areas, which use that method. In particular, CRM has a vital role on security and safety issues in aviation sector. It is a purpose to strength the communication of aviation staff and to make each one of them a part of aviation process with CRM. Right in this point, the communication is the most striking factor. As a valuable factor for human being's life communication has the same value for aviation. However, there is a need for an insistent attitude in this communication period to solve general problems and to solve a specific problem in aircraft. Self-assertion means an important responsibility in communication process of aviation to guarantee the security and safety. This study of thesis, in the basis of CRM factor, investigates the communication process in aviation and the role of self-assertion in this process. In the first chapter of study, there is a conceptual investigation on CRM; in the second chapter, there are communication in aviation, communication problems and Self-assertion attitude; in the last chapter, there is a survey, which was realized with 158 aviation employees in a private equity and public-oriented airline company, and its results.
