In recent years the world has experienced significant improvements in the aviation sector. These developments showed their effect in Turkey too and after the abolishment of these restrictions the has been an increase in the number of passengers, especially in domestic flights. Increasing competition and falling prices have changed the aviation marketing structure and the customer profile in domestic lines significantly. The most important way to take the lead in this continuously changing and developing sector is to provide customer satisfaction by understanding changing customer demonds and expectations and providing high quality service. Within this scope, we have focused on service, quality, the quality of service in our study. We have also introduced the aviation sector and included an evaluation of an application of the quality of service and selection of the best airline corporation using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method.Key words: Airline, Service quality, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)
