Abstract (EN)

Air Transportation is a highly dynamical service industry. Beyond that, human life depends on the safety and the security of the flight service. Cabin crew has a distinct importance on both providing/maintaining the passengers satisfaction and assuring the flight safety and security. This study thus adresses counterproductive workplace behavior, which is an important obstacle in front of a company?s success and which has even a more crucial effects on air transportation since there my be consequences like death. For this purpose a literature review is made and a survey is applied on the cabin crew of a middle-sized airline company. The data obtained from the survey is analyzed, interpreted and the suggestions are made.
